We are looking for

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND:

• University degree (or qualification deemed equivalent).
• Fluent/native speaker of English.Spanish and French also valuable.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:

• Minimum of five years' experience in the Luxembourg fund industry, in particular in compliance, asset management consultancy or supervision of delegated asset management.
• Knowledge of the legal and regulatory provisions applicable to the UCITS/AIF fund industry.
• Knowledge of EMIR regulation, reporting and oversight.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the markets, alongside with a strong knowledge of private assets.
• Knowledge and/or experience in valuation of real assets (PE, RE, debt, infrastructure) and financial derivatives including structured products would be an advantage;
• Good knowledge of investment funds industry and product structures.
• You are proficient in Excel and other MS office tools (Word, PowerPoint);

Your role in the team

The PortfolioManagement Oversight Team at Allfunds is in charge of the supervision ofdelegated Portfolio Managers in the context of the CSSF Circular 18/698 and iscurrently looking for an Portfolio Management Oversight Manager to strengthenits activity.

Your rolewill be to:

• Take part in the initial selection of delegated investment managers and ongoing monitoring by carrying out due diligence procedures;
• Take part in the monitoring activities of funds' performance and key risk indicators.
• Take part in the new fund launches (investment policy);
• Analyse and challenge investment proposals of illiquid assets (Private Equity/Real Estate) to identify potential risks, where applicable;
• Analyse and challenge investment proposals of ESG strategies;
• Assist delegated investment managers in investment management related questions regarding regulatory compliance, asset eligibility and reporting.
