Our client, a well-established global manufacturing company with a strong and stable presence in Japan, is looking for an FP&A professional to support financial planning, analysis, and month-end closing activities.

The Role

• Lead and support monthly closing activities, including variance analysis and reporting
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, partnering closely with business stakeholders
• Deliver financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and performance improvement
• Monitor key KPIs and provide clear commentary on business performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, commercial, and regional finance
• Ensure alignment with global reporting standards and internal controls

Your Skills

• Fluent Japanese (native level) and business-level English
• Experience in FP&A, management accounting, or finance business partnering
• Hands-on involvement in month-end closing and financial reporting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
• Proactive mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
