- CustomerSupportExperience in US. Business Environment -Banking or FinancialServixespreferred.
- GoodCommunication Skills (English - USA)
- SensitizationinAmerican Culture
- Open to workinNight Shift
- Proficiency inTyping (35 wpm)
- Ability tohandle distressed Customers
- Accountabilityis required from each individual
- 5 days a week (Alternate offs); Graveyard Shift
