Key Responsibilities

• Frontline Digital Support: Assist in house-users with daily enquiries, account setups, and troubleshooting across mobile apps, online portals, and chatbot systems.
• User Guidance & Training: Conduct live demonstrations, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to help users comfortably adopt new digital tools and features.
• Engagement & Promotion: Proactively promote platform utilization and encourage user engagement through digital and face-to-face interactions.
• Feedback Collection: Gather user insights and feedback to help internal teams improve system features and user experience (UX).
• Issue Resolution: Handle user enquiries in a prompt, polite, and professional manner, escalating technical issues when necessary.

Requirements

• Languages: Fluent Cantonese is required.
• Work Authorization: Must hold valid HK work authorization (visa sponsorship is not available).
• Experience: Previous experience in Customer Service, Call Center, Digital Support, Retail, Hospitality, or Client Relations is an advantage.
• Fresh Graduates: Recent grads with relevant part-time or internship experience are highly encouraged to apply.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable operating and explaining mobile apps, web applications, and digital productivity tools.
• Communication Skills: Energetic and articulate with strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse users.
