Job Description

As a VP of Product Development for Mutual Funds/ETF , your main responsibilities will include:
  • Leading the end-to-end product development process for Mutual Funds/ETF funds, including concept creation, market analysis, and product launch.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure product offerings align with client needs and market opportunities.
  • Monitoring regulatory changes and ensuring compliance in all ETF product activities.
  • Conducting competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the market.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Providing strategic guidance on ETF product positioning and marketing initiatives.
  • Overseeing the performance and growth of existing ETF products.
  • Preparing and presenting reports on product performance to senior management.
The Successful Applicant

A successful VP of Product Development should have:
  • Strong knowledge of the financial services industry, particularly in funds and product development.
  • A solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in banking and financial services.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret market trends effectively.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Educational qualifications in finance, business, or a related field.
