Job Description

As a UI/UX Designer, your main responsibilities will include:

• Designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for digital platforms.
• Conducting user research to inform design decisions and improve customer experiences.
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align designs with business goals.
• Testing and iterating designs based on user feedback and analytics.
• Ensuring designs adhere to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
• Staying updated on the latest UI/UX trends and best practices in financial services.

The Successful Applicant

A successful UI/UX Designer should have:

• A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience in user research and usability testing.
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• An understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
