Job Responsibilities

Provide daily system support and administration for Windows servers and IT infrastructure.
Monitor system performance and ensure the availability of business-critical systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
Perform system installation, configuration, upgrades, and patch management.
Support Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server, Office 365, and related technologies.
Manage user accounts, access rights, and security settings.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Assist in infrastructure projects, system migration, and technology enhancement initiatives.
Maintain proper system documentation and operational procedures.
Participate in occasional after-office-hour support when required.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or infrastructure support.
Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
Knowledge of VMware, virtualisation platforms, backup solutions, or cloud technologies is an advantage.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
