CLIENT BACKGROUND Our clients are several established Chinese investment banks expanding their corporate finance teams in Hong Kong. They are seeking experienced Sponsor Principals to support IPO sponsorship and broader corporate finance activities.







JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Lead and manage IPO sponsorship and corporate finance transactions.
• Oversee due diligence, regulatory compliance, and transaction execution.
• Provide guidance on listing rules and corporate finance regulations.
• Work closely with clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
• Support business development and relationship management activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 10+ years of corporate finance experience.
• Strong IPO sponsorship and capital markets transaction experience.
• Solid understanding of Hong Kong Listing Rules and SFC regulations.
• Type 6 Responsible Officer / Sponsor Principal qualification is a must.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
