We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Lead to drive quality assurance strategy and delivery across mobile applications, digital platforms, web applications, APIs, and backend-integrated systems. This role will lead QA activities throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on testing expertise with leadership capabilities, leveraging modern quality engineering practices, test automation, and AI-driven development approaches to improve testing efficiency, accelerate release cycles, and enhance product quality.

Your new role

• Lead QA strategy, test planning, and execution across mobile, web, API, and backend-integrated applications.
• Manage and mentor QA team members, providing technical guidance and quality best practices.
• Drive test automation initiatives and improve overall test coverage and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Oversee defect management, root cause analysis, and quality reporting.
• Identify project risks early and implement mitigation plans.
• Support Agile delivery and release activities, ensuring high-quality production releases.
• Champion AI-driven development and testing practices, leveraging AI tools to improve test design, automation, defect analysis, and delivery efficiency.
• Continuously improve QA processes, standards, and quality engineering practices.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• 8+ years of QA experience with at least 3 years in a QA Lead or Senior QA role.
• Strong experience testing mobile applications (iOS/Android) and digital platforms.
• Proven experience leading QA teams and managing testing activities across multiple projects.
• Hands-on experience with functional, integration, regression, API, and end-to-end testing.
• Strong knowledge of test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps environments.
• Experience with defect management and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail).
• Understanding of AI-driven development, AI-assisted testing, or GenAI tools used within software development and quality engineering.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline preferred.
