Technical & Professional Skills 

• Python Expertise: Advanced proficiency in core Python libraries and modern frameworks (such as FastAPI, Django, Pandas, or Polars).
• Data Modeling: Proficiency in defining and optimizing diverse data schemas, including relational databases and JSON formatting.
• Infrastructure & Integration: Deep understanding of standard IT infrastructure concepts, including microservices architecture, Kubernetes container orchestration, and HTTP/REST communication protocols.
• Process Mastery: Complete familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), testing frameworks, and continuous integration frameworks.
• Professional Attributes: Natural leadership qualities, meticulous attention to detail, robust analytical capabilities, and excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• AI Familiarity: Practical awareness or exposure to foundational Artificial Intelligence architectures, Machine Learning principles, or Large Language Models (LLMs).

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Professional Experience: A minimum of 7+ years of dedicated engineering experience centered around Python backend development.
• Enterprise Delivery: A proven history of architecting, scaling, and maintaining large-scale corporate software systems.
• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally specializing in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

Core Responsibilities

• Feature Ownership: Take full technical accountability for core Python-based engines, including automated lifecycle event processing, order booking components, and analytical reporting tools.
• System Architecture: Design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade software systems following strict engineering standards.
• Domain Adaptation: Dedicate time to understanding the functional business logic of the platform, as this role requires deep alignment with the business rather than isolated coding.
• Product Collaboration: Partner with product management teams to conceptualize, design, and launch novel platform capabilities and services.
• Quality Assurance: Guarantee that all completed deliverables strictly satisfy predefined technical acceptance criteria.
• Agile & DevOps Operations: Function efficiently within an automated DevOps framework utilizing modern agile software development methodologies.

Nice-to-Have

• Financial Acumen: Prior familiarity with capital markets, derivative instruments, or trading transaction workflows is a strong advantage. (We will fully consider and train exceptional candidates with zero prior financial sector experience who demonstrate a strong eagerness to learn).
