Your new role

• Support daily Security Lending trades on APAC markets, including monitoring of trade processing and position
• Ensure smooth trade settlement, monitor risk exposure, maintain accurate books and records
• Reconcile and conduct operational reporting and investigation on discrepancies and breaks
• Work on exposure management, MTM and Billing process
• Develop a strong relationship with internal/external clients
• Identify systems gaps and work with team and IT on enhancements and testing
• Investigate opportunities for streamlining existing processes and deliver better controls

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Sciences, Business/Management
• 1-5 years related experience within a global investment bank or security lending ops experience
• Product and operational knowledge of global cash equities (primarily), settlements and market knowledge of Asia markets
