You are responsible for managing the Telemarketing section on Unsecured Lending business in Direct Channels Department and organizing various telemarketing programs for business revenue generation via in-house or outsource capacity.

Job Purpose:
You are responsible for managing the Telemarketing section on Unsecured Lending business in Direct Channels Department and organizing various telemarketing programs for business revenue generation via in-house or outsource capacity.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage Telemarketing team aiming to generate new business and revenue for the bank through inbound and outbound activity.
- Extend the management capacity to outsource vendors in order to optimize the sales capability.
- Set objective to Telesales staff and monitor the sales performance to improve achievement.
- Motivate and coach the team to over achieve the targets and enhance the team's productivity and efficiency.
- Mobilise and manage the resources flexibly and effectively to maximize the output of various assigned campaign or program.
- Lead the loan processing team to optimize the loan fulfillment output for all telemarketing function capability.
- Strengthen training in telemarketing techniques and selling skills to sustain optimum results and maintain the image of professionalism.
- Conduct performance review regularly and steer to the correct direction to accomplish the missions.
- Comply with internal guideline, legal and regulatory requirements related to telemarketing team.
- Support Direct Channels' projects.
- University degree holder with minimum 8 years' experience in Telesales or lower academic qualification with substantial years of relevant experience.
- Strong sales management skill and sales culture.
- Experience in managing external vendor.
- Good in sales motivation and people management skills.
- Good command of written English and Chinese, fluent in speaking English and Chinese.
