Key Responsibilities

• Own the retail loan product, including end to end digital business solution and strategy development and implementation, proposition, customer journeys, and lifecycle management.
• Drive acquisition, activation, first-draw, repeat borrowing, and retention strategies
• Establish and execute digital partnership channels for driving application volumes and portfolio growth
• Define and monitor portfolio KPIs and take proactive actions to optimise performance.
• Partner closely with Risk, IT, Product teams to design, launch, and iterate products and processes.
• Analyse market trends, competitor offerings, customer behaviour, and regulatory developments to identify growth opportunities and product enhancements.
• Prepare regular management reports, portfolio reviews, and strategic recommendations for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business related discipline.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in retail / consumer lending, unsecured lending, or credit products within digital banking, virtual bank, or major fintech / consumer finance company
• Solid hands-on experience in project management, portfolio management, growth strategy and business plan implementation
• Strong understanding of the Hong Kong retail loan market, customer segments, competitive landscape
• Excellent stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
