Key Responsibilities

Roadmap & Strategy: Maintain and prioritize the AI product backlog and roadmap across Private Wealth Management domains, aligning business objectives with risk frameworks and technology capacity .
Business Analysis & Requirements: Deep dive into front-to-back wealth management workflows, advisor journeys, and operational pain points to design value-adding AI use cases .
Agile Product Execution: Define epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; manage sprint planning, UAT execution, and end-to-end delivery .
Stakeholder Management & Adoption: Act as the primary bridge between business, compliance, operations, and engineering to push product adoption and change management .
Tech Collaboration: Partner with technology and data teams on solution architecture, integration patterns, and data flow trade-offs without needing to hands-on code .

Key Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 5 to 7 years of solid experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Digital Transformation within banking or financial services .
Domain Knowledge: Direct exposure to Private Banking or Wealth Management (open to in house OR consulting)
Product Competency: Practical experience managing product backlogs, writing crisp user stories, and driving Agile/Scrum projects (AI/ML or data analytics tool delivery exposure is a strong plus ).
Business-First Mindset: Strong commercial acumen and business sense over deep technical coding skills; ability to translate complex business needs into practical product features .
Soft Skills & Stakeholder Presence: Superior interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills to influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders effectively.
Languages: Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
