Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients across various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Respond to enquiries relating to investment accounts, transactions, service requests, and general account administration with professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage client communications and case escalations, ensuring issues and complaints are resolved effectively and within service standards.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding documentation or incomplete applications to ensure a smooth onboarding and servicing experience.
- Support day-to-day operational processes and administrative activities to facilitate seamless client service delivery.
- Consistently achieve service level targets, turnaround times, and quality standards while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in client servicing, customer support, operations, or investor services within financial services.
- Exposure to mutual funds, asset management, pensions, or wealth management products would be advantageous.
- SFC and/or MPFA licensing is preferred, or willingness to obtain the relevant qualifications shortly after joining.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client interactions across multiple service channels, including telephone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
- Strong customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service and enhancing the client experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise competing demands, and perform accurately under pressure.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and proactive, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of Hong Kong investment, pension, MPF/eMPF, or wealth management operations would be a plus.
