They are looking for a Product Proposition and Marketing Assistant Manager.

Your new role

• Develop and enhance customer propositions and value propositions for target customer segments, driving customer engagement and business growth.
• Conduct customer, market, and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities.
• Partner with marketing, distribution, customer experience, and product teams to design and implement proposition initiatives.
• Support go-to-market strategies, proposition launches, marketing campaigns, and customer communication plans.
• Monitor proposition performance and customer feedback, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and optimisation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in product proposition, marketing, partnership distribution, or bancassurance within the insurance or financial services industry.
• A strong understanding of marketing, market dynamics, and proposition, insurance product knowledge would be an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
