An international asset management firm is seeking a Sales senior associate/ manager to support its institutional distribution business in Hong Kong. This role playing a key role in supporting relationship management, business development across Greater China. 

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively support senior sales in developing and managing institutional client relationships across target markets, contributing to revenue generation and client acquisition initiatives
• Prepare and deliver marketing materials, pitchbooks, and product updates; assist in client meetings, follow-ups, and ongoing sales campaigns
• Monitor pipeline activity and maintain CRM records, tracking client interactions, opportunities, and market intelligence
• Provide day-to-day sales support including responding to client queries, coordinating internal stakeholders

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline
• 3–8 years of experience in institutional sales, client coverage, or related support roles within asset management
• Strong interest in client-facing sales, with proven ability to support business development and contribute to revenue generation
• Solid understanding of investment products (e.g. equities & fixed income) and institutional client landscape in Greater China.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients and prepare high-quality marketing materials
• Fluency in English and Mandarin required; Fluency in Cantonese is highly preferred
