Ashford Benjamin is partnering with a leading global financial institution to hire a Hedge Fund Credit Risk specialist to join their Hong Kong team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing credit exposure to hedge fund and private equity counterparties across Asia ex-Japan, conducting deep-dive due diligence and analyzing trading strategies, defining credit terms and covenants for legal documentation, providing daily trade approvals and margining requirements, performing ongoing performance monitoring, and collaborating with front-office risk to evaluate stress loss scenarios.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a minimum of 7 years of credit analyst experience covering hedge funds or alternative investment funds within an investment bank, backed by strong quantitative skills and comprehensive knowledge of prime brokerage, SFT, and OTC derivative products.
