Job Description
- Partner with the leadership team to design and execute a forward-looking, scalable people strategy aligned with business growth
- Drive initiatives across performance management, talent development, L&D, and organisational design
- Act as a trusted people advisor to senior leaders, challenging thinking and shaping talent decisions
- Champion and preserve our culture while scaling - identifying, nurturing, and amplifying the right DNA in top performers
- Build clear, inspiring career pathways and succession plans that give employees a long-term vision
- Serve as a gatekeeper for key hires, ensuring we attract and select the best-fit talent
- Stay ahead of talent trends and continuously elevate our hiring bar
- Enable people managers at all levels to succeed through structured frameworks and mentorship programs
- Design and implement Hi-Potential (HiPo) programs that drive engagement and retention of top performers
- Build metrics-driven people strategies that move beyond intuition
- Identify gaps, challenge the status quo, and proactively implement thoughtful, scalable solutions
- Lead and mentor a small HR team covering full spectrum of HR including C&B, recruitment, learning and general operations
- Travel regularly to other office locations to stay connected, ensure consistency, and support employee experience on the ground
A successful candidate should have:
- Minimum 12 years of experience in People/HR leadership roles
- Proven experience in partnering with senior stakeholders on talent development, organisational development, and people transformation - ideally within a high-growth environment
- Track record of designing and implementing scalable programs (e.g., HiPo development, leadership pipelines)
- Big-picture thinker who can translate strategy into actionable plans
- Strong business acumen with a clear understanding of how human capital drives growth
- Confident in challenging senior stakeholders with data, insight, and empathy
- People-first mindset with a genuine care for employee growth and well-being
- Hands-on when needed, but always thinking ahead
- Passionate about building cultures where people thrive and perform at their best
- Articulate, thoughtful, and highly collaborative
- Humble, grounded, and solutions-oriented with the ability to challenge the status-quo
- Energetic, driven, and genuinely excited about shaping the future of people strategy of a growing business
- Highly proficient in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
