The Role

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual fund NAV calculations and financial reports.
• Maintain general ledger, capital accounts, and fund accounting records for private equity funds.
• Process capital calls, distributions, management fees, carried interest, and other fund-related transactions.
• Coordinate with external fund administrators, custodians, auditors, tax advisors, and service providers.
• Assist in preparing audited financial statements and regulatory filings.
• Perform portfolio valuation support and maintain investment schedules.
• Reconcile cash, investment positions, and investor capital activities.
• Prepare investor reporting, including capital account statements and performance reports.
• Support fund launches, fund closings, and operational enhancement initiatives.

• Participate in ad hoc projects and process improvements within the finance function.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of fund accounting experience gained within private equity, asset management, fund administration, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of private equity fund structures, capital calls, distributions, waterfalls, and partnership accounting.
• Familiarity with IFRS, HKFRS, US GAAP, or other relevant accounting standards.
• Proficiency in Excel and fund accounting systems; experience with Investran, eFront, Yardi, or similar platforms is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with investors, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
