Job Responsibilities:

• Handle ETF product development, launch and maintenance
• Spearhead the end-to-end development of new product launches, drafting offering documents and constructing business cases to secure internal approval
• Lead product management and business planning related initiatives
• Assist in analyzing ideas for new investment strategies and potential products
• Assist in product research including fund flow trends, new product launches especially in Hong Kong and mainland China, regulatory developments etc.
• Coordinate with relevant departments on product development or marketing related initiatives
• Lead product intelligence enhancement projects to provide data-driven research support to senior management
• Assist in ad-hoc projects

Job Requirements:

• Solid experience in product development and maintenance for Hong Kong-domiciled ETFs is a must.
• Prior experience in ETF issuers is a must.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and is a good team player with a can-do attitude.
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery against competing deadlines.
• Fluent (reading and writing) in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• 6 to 13 years' experience in asset management.
