As part of their continued investment in technology and transformation, they are seeking an IT Director of AI & Digital Transformation to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that leverage AI, data, automation, as well as other modern digital solutions for business to drive business growth and operational excellence.

Your new role

• Define and execute the organisation's AI and digital transformation strategy, aligned with business objectives and long-term technology roadmaps.
• Lead enterprise-wide transformation programmes focused on improving operational efficiency, service delivery, customer experience, and business performance.
• Drive the adoption, implementation, and scaling of AI technologies, including AI-powered automation, advanced analytics, Generative AI, machine learning, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and translate them into practical business solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Establish governance frameworks, technology standards, and best practices covering AI, digital solutions, data management, and enterprise applications.
• Partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to shape transformation initiatives and ensure successful adoption across the organisation.
• Provide leadership across the full life cycle of transformation programmes, from strategic development and business case creation through implementation and benefits realisation.
• Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise technologies, including AI platforms, ERP, CRM, and other integration solutions.
• Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, external partners, and transformation roadmaps to support business priorities.
• Build organisational capabilities through change management, talent development, upskilling, and innovation-driven culture initiatives.
• Establish KPI frameworks and performance metrics to measure transformation success and business value delivery.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI, Data Science, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience leading enterprise technology, digital transformation, innovation, or business technology initiatives, with experience at Director or equivalent leadership level.
• Proven experience, strong capabilities, and a demonstrated track record with measurable outcomes in end-to-end AI strategy development, deployment, implementation, organisational adoption, and business integration.
• Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-wide transformation programmes with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of modern digital technologies, including AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Automation, Cloud Platforms, APIs, ERP, CRM, and Low-Code Solutions.
• Experience establishing governance frameworks, technology standards, and delivery methodologies for large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives, business leaders, and technical teams.
• Proven experience leading organisational change, technology adoption, and business process transformation programmes.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate technology investments into measurable business value.
• Good understanding of IT governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and information security best practices.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese, and currently based in Hong Kong with a valid work permit.
