We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Manager to lead enterprise-wide analytics initiatives and drive digital transformation. The successful candidate will translate complex business needs into actionable insights, leveraging advanced data techniques and modern platforms to deliver measurable business value. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and a passion for innovation in data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of data analytics solutions that balance cost, capability, performance, and speed to market.
• Develop and maintain enterprise data platforms, ensuring robust analytics models and tools support business decision-making.
• Oversee analytics projects from inception to delivery, ensuring data completeness, quality, and timeliness.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and integrate cost-effective solutions into the analytics ecosystem.
• Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency in analytics initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and data privacy requirements while enabling high-performing analytics.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to analytics teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of IT experience with a strong background in solution design, project delivery, and system integration.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure Data Analytics platforms (Databricks, Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Data Lake, Logic Apps, SQL Database, etc.).
• Proven ability to architect and deliver scalable analytics solutions with minimal supervision.
• Experience in root cause analysis, data modeling, and process improvement.
• Exposure to AI/ML platforms (e.g., GPT, Llama, Qwen) for custom agent development is an advantage.
• Strong leadership skills with demonstrated success in team management, coaching, and mentoring.
• Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and Cantonese is a must, with Putonghua / Mandarin as a big plus.
