Our Client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a new product launch (a customer-facing mobile app) for a leading financial institution. You will be the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent service and support during this launch period.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information about the new product.
Support office administration tasks as required.
Use MS Office (Word, Outlook, Office) for daily tasks and documentation.
Maintain a presentable and articulate demeanour when interacting with clients.

Key Requirements

Education: High school graduate or above.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of full-time work experience in customer service or office administration.
PC Proficiency: Good command of MS Office, including Word, Outlook, and Office.
Presentation: Presentable and good articulation - you will be greeting clients.
