Our client is a large global asset management firm who is looking for a AVP/ VP level candidate to work as the Business Manager for the regional fund distribution function.

Responsibilities include:

1. Business strategy and management support
2. Sales governance, process and operational effectiveness
3. Strategic initiatives and change management
4. AI and innovation
5. Associate training

The ideal candidate will come from an asset management or private banking background, with experience in sales or marketing as well strong communication skills, with at least 7 years + experience. Experience working in a global firm with system skills in Microsoft products needed.

This role could be based in Hong Kong or Singapore.
