Job Duties:
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute on recruitment tactics to target and attract tech talents for upcoming growth plans
- Handle full spectrum of recruitment process, including sourcing, interview and offer management, covering a wide range of tech hiring to ensure sufficient workforce
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the hiring plan, selection criteria and identify the right candidates for the teams
- Connect and network with qualified candidates and establish good relationship and positive candidate experience
- Maintain a database and pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings
- Actively manage relationship with external recruitment agencies to ensure quick turnaround time and quality candidates
- Provide the hiring managers with market intelligence regarding the talent community/ the competition and industry trends
- Perform any ad hoc projects for Talent Acquisition function enhancement
- Degree holder in HR or business-related disciplines
- Minimum of 8 years of solid talent acquisition experience, ideally from both recruitment agency and in-house position
- Experience working within financial institutions would be ideal
- Strong business acumen, knowledge in tech recruitment with excellent stakeholder management ability
- Effective interpersonal skills with strategic mindset
- Independent, confident, strong problem solving and organization skills
- Excellent command in both verbal and written, both English and Chinese
