Service Line Overview
Our Finance department covers a broad spectrum of work. From being closely involved in supporting the firm's business strategy and helping to ensure that services are procured in an efficient, effective and cost-conscious manner, to rigorously managing critical business functions such as expenses, accounts payable and billing.

Service Line Overview
Our Finance department covers a broad spectrum of work. From being closely involved in supporting the firm's business strategy and helping to ensure that services are procured in an efficient, effective and cost-conscious manner, to rigorously managing critical business functions such as expenses, accounts payable and billing.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate the firm's liquidity (cash) levels to ensure they are sufficient to meet short-term operating needs
- Prepare daily forecasts of the firm's cash position
- Forecast daily cash requirements and manage cash levels for regional offices
- Prepare forecasts to project cash positions in the short term and over the longer term
- Identify forecast variances and provide detailed explanations to management
- Evaluate the cash needs of each entity and branch, and recommend appropriate strategies
- Evaluate the firm's financial risks and recommend appropriate strategies
- Provide updates on actual receipts against targets and budget during the month
- Perform payment and other ad hoc analyses
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Statistics, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 3 years' solid experience in treasury is preferred
- Extensive experience in preparing cash forecasts and cash flow analyses
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Practical experience in VBA and Power BI is preferred
- Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Able to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, perform effectively under pressure, and maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
