Your new role

• Lead vendor performance reviews and support supplier governance activities
  
• Manage IT contract renewals, service evaluations, and commercial assessments
  
• Monitor budgets, spending trends, forecasts, and identify opportunities for cost optimization
  
• Partner with business and technology teams to improve IT operational efficiency and drive data-backed decision making
  
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and automation initiatives to streamline workflows and strengthen governance
  
• Conduct market research and provide insights on industry trends, commercial models, and supplier capabilities
  
• Prepare business cases, management reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior stakeholders
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, reporting standards, and IT operational controls
  

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience in vendor management, commercial operations, IT procurement, contract management, finance, consulting, or technology operations
  
• Strong experience managing stakeholders across multiple business functions
  
• Comfortable working with budgets, forecasting, business analysis, performance tracking, and reporting
  
• Experience with process improvement, automation, data analytics, or AI-enabled productivity tools would be advantageous
  
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  
• Able to work independently while influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams
