Latham's Real Estate Practice guides clients through complex and high-stakes real estate transactions of every kind everywhere in the world. We regularly advise a full spectrum of market participants, including public and private investors, private equity, institutional investors, developers, financial institutions, and alternative lenders.

We draw on disciplines across the Latham platform to serve clients in the real estate industry and efficiently execute their transactions. Our capabilities span the full spectrum of multi-jurisdictional real estate transactions, ranging from acquisition, disposition, and development of large properties or property portfolios to corporate and finance matters. About the Role

Are you passionate about the real estate industry and high-profile transactions? Do you want to be part of landmark deals from day one rather than watching from the sidelines?

At the crossroads of private equity, M&A, and Real Estate, you will advise leading global private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds, and other institutional investors on a wide range of real estate investments, including residential portfolios, commercial properties, data centers, renewable energy projects, and manufacturing facilities. In doing so, you will help shape some of the most significant transactions in the market, many of which reach volumes in the hundreds of millions or even billions.

As part of our integrated team across Frankfurt, Munich, and Hamburg, you will work on sophisticated national and international transactions from the outset. We collaborate closely with our colleagues in London and operate largely as one team, with English serving as our main working language. This means you'll gain valuable international exposure and work at the forefront of cross-border deal-making from the very beginning.

Your role extends beyond traditional corporate and real estate law. You will be involved in due diligence reviews, the preparation of due diligence reports and transaction-related documentation, and will quickly take on broader responsibilities in transaction and project management. As your experience grows, so will your role within the deal team.
