Sales Executive – Fixed Income Fintech (Paris)

Founded in 2023, Quantfox raised its first funding round in 2024 and is redefining how Fixed Income professionals access data and insights. In under three years, we went from zero to being used daily by traders and portfolio managers at international banks, hedge funds and asset managers. We doubled our revenue in 2026 and aim to triple it in 2027. Our app lets traders screen trades far faster than legacy solutions and spot value instantly. With new offices planned in London, New York and Dubai, we are building the sales team that will get us there.

The role

You will be one of our first sales hires, working directly with the founders to win new clients and grow our footprint within existing ones. This is a hunting role with high agency: you own your pipeline end-to-end.

1. Identify, prospect and open new accounts (banks, hedge funds, asset managers) through cold outreach, events and network
2. Land new teams and desks within existing clients
3. Run complex sales cycles: discovery, demos, trials, negotiation, closing
4. Navigate multiple stakeholders: traders, PMs, desk heads, IT, compliance, procurement
5. Feed client insights back to the product team
6. Help shape our sales playbook as we scale

Your profile

1. 3+ years in a quota-carrying new business sales role (SaaS, financial data or fintech), with a track record of beating targets
2. Proven ability to open doors cold and close enterprise deals
3. Experience selling to financial institutions is a strong plus; Fixed Income knowledge is a major advantage
4. Relentless, competitive and autonomous: you create opportunities rather than wait for them
5. Fluent English (French a plus), comfortable pitching to traders and PMs
6. Proficient with CRM and sales tools
7. Degree from a leading university or business school preferred

Compensation

1. 45–50k EUR fixed
2. Uncapped commission: 10% of first-year ARR signed, 15% above target
