As a Customer Journey Expert, you shape the customer's entire digital sales journey. Your role combines strategy, customer experience, data analysis, and digital innovation to drive online sales and increase customer satisfaction.
You work closely with the Product teams to align on strategy, prioritize opportunities, and maximize impact. Are you excited to transform the insurance industry? Then this is the perfect job for you!
Your responsibilities include
- Driving sales across all channels (digital and brokerage)
- Building and executing a full action plan for the distribution of non-life insurance products
- Developing and optimizing digital sales flows and product pages
- Designing segmentation and personalization strategies
- Continuously improving the digital sales funnel to maximize conversion
- Translating business needs into business requirements, user stories, and test plans
- Supporting product improvements and the development of new value propositions
- Proposing initiatives to enhance digital visibility and customer acquisition
- Implementing initiatives to improve the Net Promoter Score (NPS) of digital customers
- Developing contact strategies aligned with key customer life moments
This is how you fit perfectly into our team
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with at least 2 years of experience in a similar digital, sales, or customer journey role
- Knowledge of digital sales processes; experience in insurance processes or products is a strong plus
- Strong digital mindset, with skills in design thinking (e.g., Figma), agile methodologies, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics)
- Excellent communication skills in English, with a good knowledge of French and Dutch
- Ability to manage end-to-end projects and multiple stakeholders
- Passion for innovation, digital trends, and continuous learning
- Customer-focused, collaborative, and result-driven
