Mission
As part of Candriam's digital transformation, the Campaign & Social Media Specialist plays a key role in strengthening the firm's digital visibility, audience engagement and lead generation capabilities across international markets.

The role is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, managing paid media activities and enhancing both Candriam's corporate and executive social media presence. Working closely with internal stakeholders, the specialist ensures consistent campaign delivery, monitors performance and continuously optimizes marketing initiatives to maximize audience reach and business impact.

Responsabilities
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns.

Coordinate paid media activities across LinkedIn, Google, display and other relevant platforms.

Manage campaign calendars and activation plans.

Develop and implement social media strategies.

Coordinate content amplification across corporate and local channels.

Manage executive advocacy programs for senior leadership.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize results.

Collaborate with Content, CRM, web and local sales teams.

Ensure campaign tracking and reporting are properly implemented.

Support lead generation and audience engagement initiatives.

Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management or social media.

Experience in financial services, asset management or B2B marketing environments is preferred.

Strong understanding of paid media and digital campaign execution.

International campaign management experience is required
