Your new role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead a high-profile regulatory and fraud transformation program within the risk and regulatory portfolio. Joining during the discovery phase, you will be responsible for defining program scope, establishing governance frameworks, developing the business case and shaping the delivery roadmap for a complex, multi-year initiative.Working closely with executive sponsors and senior stakeholders, you will coordinate delivery across business, technology, data and operational teams, ensuring risks, dependencies and priorities are effectively managed. This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to influence the direction of a strategically important enterprise-wide transformation.
What you'll need to succeed
- 8+ years' experience in project or program management within financial services or banking.
- Proven experience delivering complex risk, regulatory or transformation programs.
- Mortgage, secured lending or broker channel experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading discovery phases, defining scope and developing business cases.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at executive level.
- A track record of building and leading project or program teams in evolving environments.
- Strong governance, reporting and delivery management expertise.
- Opportunity to lead a critical regulatory and fraud transformation program from inception.
- Significant exposure to executive stakeholders and enterprise decision-making.
