DWS are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Lead, specialising in Employee Central (EC) to join a high-performing team delivering large-scale transformation programs. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior consultant who can lead solution design, configuration, integrations, testing, and deployment activities across complex SuccessFactors implementations.

As the Lead EC Consultant, you will play a critical role in shaping enterprise solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical specialists to deliver best-practice SAP SuccessFactors outcomes.

Salary : up to $900/day ( ACN ) or up to $210,000 inc super ( Max Term )

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple modules in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) implementations, including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Drive Benefits configuration and ensure seamless integration with Employee Central and payroll platforms, including SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and SAP ECC.
• Provide functional leadership for system integrations, supporting the design of inbound and outbound interfaces and ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Contribute to integration planning activities, including data validation, reconciliation, migration strategies, and cutover planning.
• Oversee integrations from a functional perspective and coordinate testing activities across:
  • System Integration Testing (SIT)
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Parallel Payroll Runs
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SuccessFactors solutions.
• Lead workshops, design sessions, and solution reviews with client and project teams.
• Support defect management, issue resolution, and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants and offshore delivery teams.
• Ensure delivery aligns with SAP best practices, project governance standards, and client objectives.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience leading SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) implementations in a consultant or lead consultant capacity.
• Strong expertise in SuccessFactors EC configuration and end-to-end implementation delivery.
• Experience with Benefits configuration and associated payroll integration processes.
• Solid understanding of SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and/or SAP ECC Payroll environments.
• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors integrations, including data validation, reconciliation, and migration activities.
• Demonstrated experience managing SIT, UAT, and payroll parallel testing cycles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to work across business and technical teams to drive successful project outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership capabilities.
