Supporting operations in Australia and New Zealand, you'll work closely with a small, hands-on IT team where you'll have genuine ownership, broad technical exposure, and the opportunity to influence future systems and technology decisions.
The company is open to sponsoring candidates who are currently based in Sydney and can demonstrate the required technical skills and experience for the role.
Your New Role
As the IT Systems Analyst, you'll work across infrastructure, SQL and a highly customised ERP platform in a varied, hands-on role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting Windows Server and core infrastructure environments
- Investigating and resolving SQL issues, including stored procedures
- Maintaining and enhancing a highly customised legacy ERP system
- Assisting with system integration projects across Australia and New Zealand
- Contributing to future systems improvements and ERP transformation initiatives
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Strong experience supporting Windows Server and Microsoft infrastructure technologies
- SQL skills, including querying, troubleshooting and stored procedures
- Experience supporting ERP or business-critical applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Experience within SME or mid-market environments is highly desirable
- Visa sponsorship available for Sydney-based candidates with the right skill set and experience
