This role will suit a Business Analyst with strong HR transformation experience who enjoys stakeholder engagement, process improvement and delivering meaningful business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Engage with global stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements
- Facilitate workshops, interviews and discovery sessions to identify opportunities and define future-state solutions
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and process documentation
- Conduct process mapping, gap analysis and impact assessments
- Support the design and implementation of new systems, tools and process improvements
- Work across multiple workstreams within a complex transformation program
- Collaborate closely with project teams, business stakeholders and external vendors
- Support testing, training and change activities to ensure successful adoption
- Develop executive-level presentations, reports and governance documentation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and recommend best-practice solutions
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering HR or People transformation initiatives
- Experience working within large, complex organisations or consulting environments
- Strong requirements elicitation, process analysis and documentation skills
- Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience supporting end-to-end project delivery from discovery through implementation
- Exposure to Talent Acquisition transformation programs
- Experience working with HR technology platforms and recruitment systems
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies
- Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Signavio, Visio, Miro and the Microsoft Office suite
