Your new Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of end-to-end payroll services across a complex workforce. Working within a supportive and high-performing payroll function, you will be responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy, legislative compliance and exceptional stakeholder service.Key responsibilities will include:

• End-to-end payroll processing across a large, multi-site workforce
• Managing payroll variations including leave, allowances, deductions, terminations and employee lifecycle changes
• Ensuring compliance with payroll legislation, taxation, superannuation and relevant industrial instruments
• Interpreting Awards and Enterprise Agreements
• Completing payroll reconciliations, reporting and audit requirements
• Investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies and employee enquiries
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and providing expert payroll advice
• Contributing to payroll process improvements and system efficiencies

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive end-to-end payroll experience within a medium to large organisation
• Experience managing high-volume payrolls across complex environments
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, Fair Work requirements, taxation and superannuation
• Proven experience interpreting Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements
• Advanced reconciliation and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate to advanced Excel capabilities
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• A proactive and customer-focused approach to payroll delivery
