Deputy CFO Private Debt fund

A growing Private Debt fund is seeking to add to it senior management team by appointing a deputy CFO to oversee the infrastructure and assist with the evolving nature of the platform to support ongoing growth for the organisation.

A high growth business, having achieved over 20Bn AUM in the last 8 years needs a senior manager to work in partnership with the current CFO and COO to ensure the business continues to provide high quality insight to the deal teams and delivers best practice to all stakeholders.

You will ideally be in a closed ended fund (PE/Debt/Infra/RE/Private markets) focused business. Be a qualified accountant, experienced in leading diverse teams in multiple locations, be conversant in complex fund structures and be able to offer solutions to growth challenges in a fast-paced environment. You will ideally a fund accounting/fund control background before ascending to a broader finance and operational leadership role. Key departmental responsibilities will cover all of the finance, operations, investor relations and portfolio management functions.
