A software provider at the heart of the financial services industry is looking to add a sales executive in their Singapore office to be part of a high-performing sales team.
In this role you will be responsible for building sales pipeline with a set of existing clients. You will achieve this through cold-calling, running email campaigns, prospecting and networking aggressively. You will work with prospects to identify their needs and position solutions accordingly. You will have ownership for the entire sales process from lead generation through to close.
- Cold call prospects within banks and buy side institutions to arrange business development meetings
- Travel across Asia to visit prospective clients
- Maintain prospect and client information on our clients CRM system
- Develop and maintain account plans for target clients and methodically prospect relevant people within each account to unearth opportunities
- Nurture and expand the company’s relationship with customer accounts of all sizes
- Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast through the CRM system
Our client is looking for candidates with the following attributes:
- High energy levels and a naturally inquisitive nature
- No more than three years in software sales / inside sales
- You must be comfortable cold calling people you have never spoken with to help develop sales pipeline
- Excellent presentation and communication skills as you will be spending a lot of time on the phone with prospective clients as well in meetings prospects
- Happy to travel regionally
