Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, deliver and evaluate learning programmes
  • Design and develop competency framework and developmental paths

 

Requirements

  • A degree holder with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Banking Operation / Credit / Islamic Banking
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Confident with good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong conceptual thinking ability and adaptability to new technology and digital tools / platforms 
  • Experienced in one or more of the following: 

a) Soft skills training and sales of financial products

b) Competency framework design and talent development

c) Development of training or organisational learning activities /gamification

  • Display consistent self-development and awareness of industry trends
  • This position may include travel to other locations and will require flexibility in scheduling
