We are looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner to join the company and oversee our full-cycle recruiting. Senior TA Partner responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interviews and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.

Scope and responsibilities
  1. Sourcing and Recruiting
    • Utilize various channels to source candidates, including job portals (e.g. OCR/Fusion, LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet, Indeed), social media platforms, and networking events.
  2. Candidate Screening
    • Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments.
  3. Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Work closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs and role requirements.
  4. Market Research
    • Stay updated with market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
  5. Onboarding
    • Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  6. Compliance
    • Ensure all hiring practices comply with regulatory and organizational policies, particularly those relevant to the money service business and central bank in Malaysia.
  7. Reporting
    • Prepare and submit reports on recruitment metrics to senior management, when required.


Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • At least three - seven (3-7) years of experience in talent acquisition
  • A solid knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies
  • A strong understanding of business strategy, objectives, and challenges
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills
  • A high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
  • A passion for finding and hiring great talent.
