Subject Matter Expert - Korean Language Proficiency

Role: SME (Subject Mater Expert)
Language Proficiency: KOREAN Language
HIRE TYPE: Fixed Contract direct with Cognizant

Location: CYBERJAYA, Malaysia

Shift Timings: ROTATIONAL - 16*7 Support (7 AM to 6 PM MYT shift coverage window) - 8 hours of work in a day and 5 days in a week (which may fall under any days of the week)

Job Requirements:

Must have prior experience of Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Operations Team
Excellent writing, reading and speaking skills in KOREAN Language.
Computer knowledge, the ability to browse the internet, ability to send and receive emails, good typing speed, and expertise in M.S.Office is required
Connect & provide highest level of satisfaction to the customer. Manage the timely and accurate payments for Program in accordance to the agreed upon SLA
Quick learning and understanding of client Policies
Ability to work in a complex multitasking environment (navigating through multiple on-line systems)
Ok to work in 24/7 work environment. Flexible to extend the shift hours during Peak and Non Peak seasons
Create reports on the work done and submit it to the team lead/ manager
Resolve process related queries from team members and expedite on data requests
Maintain confidentiality of all information, policies, and procedures
Contribute new ideas and innovative approaches at work
