Job Description:
- Overall experience should be 12- 15 years and strong knowledge in cards and payments area
- Strong understanding of BFS domain- Core Banking, Retail Banking, Corporate Banking
- Strong experience in business interactions with customers, setting up IT-business collaborative workshops for knowledge transitions, transition planning, Program/project management, onsite-offshore coordination, metrics definitions for large complex multi tower projects, hosting working group meetings, summary reporting to exec management, delivery process improvements
- Strong experience in multivendor & multi location transitions
- Strong knowledge in STLC models- Agile, Waterfall, Iterative
- Strong knowledge of JIRA (including requirement and defect management)
- Prior experience working in Singapore/APAC
- Ability handle team size more than 40 members with various streams
