IT Tech Lead cum Administrator for SAS Detection and Investigation Solution
- Supports installation and maintenance of the SAS Detection and Investigation software on enterprise servers.
- Prepares / reviews technical project documentation for SAS Detection and Investigation software implementation e.g. Data Model Design Document, Details Design Documents, Technical Specification Document, Security Matrix and Assessment Checklist, etc.
- Analyses and resolves problems associated with server hardware and applications software.
- Detects, diagnoses, and reports related problems on the server.
- Monitors and tunes the SAS Detection and Investigation software for optimal performance.
- SAS Detection and Investigation Administrator role (Maintenance, Architecture performance tuning/ Disaster recovery / Failover support / Clustering / User Management / SAS Architecture tunings, etc.).
- Installs new user accounts, creates batch administration scripts and runs systems backups and disaster recovery operations.
- Support data modelling on enterprise data lake based on business requirement.
- Lead and drive technical issue. Perform technical assessment on new initiative.
