• Have 5 + years of exp in Test development for DW platform.
• Have experience on all stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Minimum 2 + years of experience in Big Data Testing.
• Strong knowledge in writing complex queries for validation of ETL process.
• Good Knowledge in validating files created in UNIX env using UNIX shell commands.
• Experience in Data Analysis, Data modelling.
• Experience in Data warehouse testing either using Hive, Oracle PL/SQL jobs run through Control M.
• Proficient in SQL queries- Oracle, My SQL, MS SQL, MS Access
• Solid Back End Testing experience by writing complex SQL Queries.
• Excellent working knowledge in Test Plan, Test Strategy, Test Estimates, Test Requirements and Test Case.
• Experience in creating traceability matrix mapping Test Scenarios / Test Cases with requirements.
• Experience in waterfall and agile testing methodologies
• Previous test architecture experience - strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Understanding and designing test frameworks for test automation and testing and technology trends
• Develop & execute complex test plans including load, failure/recovery and boundary test conditions.
• Participate in Agile software development & test processes.
• Automate tests.
• Analyse and troubleshoot issues and test conditions.
• Assist product engineers in the identification, reproduction, and resolution of product defects.
• Provide & implement recommendations/suggestions to improve testing efficiency.
