Assistant Manager, Content Administrator

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Manager, Content Administrator.

Principal responsibilities:
Impact on the Business/Function
  • Build customer focused, engaging content in our Content Management System (CMS) according to supplied briefs.
  • Ensure all content is accurate and adheres to copy and content standards.
  • Troubleshoot and facilitate the resolution of technical issues with the PWS and/or content management system
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at a local, regional and global level

Customers / Stakeholders
  • Local market stakeholders - PWS Lead, DMES, CVM and Marketing
  • Regional stakeholders - Cross-functional teams, DMES, and Marketing
  • Global stakeholder - Global DMES, Global Content and Global Public Website
  • Other stakeholders - Risk, Legal, Regulatory Compliance, IT and Dynamic Platform

Leadership & Teamwork
  • Build collaborative relationships with relevant teams at a local, regional and global level
  • Work effectively as part of a cross-functional team within DMES Ops
  • Proactively share best practice and knowledge around content management with relevant teams, providing insight and recommendations as appropriate

Operational Effectiveness & Control:
  • Oversee Quality Control in output
  • Identification of key risks, issues and interdependencies and providing appropriate mitigation strategies or escalating as appropriate.

  • Adherence to governance, analysis and resource management methodologies
  • Effective management of operational risks

  • Experience and knowledge of delivering digital best practice in areas such as content management, e-commerce, content strategy, web analytics, SEO, SEM, optimization, accessibility and UX/UI
  • Experience of working with web publishing tools, content management systems (specific experience with Adobe Experience Manager is advantageous) and project management tools (Jira/Confluence or similar)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate technical issues, resolve differences and influence stakeholders
  • Ability to troubleshoot and facilitate the resolution of technical issues
  • Experience in finance, banking or a regulated industry is advantageous

Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised
The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting.
