Analyze business requirements and process. Identify the business need and help identify business problems and propose relevant and innovative application solutions. Liaise between business and technical personnel to ensure a mutual understanding of processes and applications. Translate business requirements into user requirement specification, process flow diagram and functional specification. Assist project manager in project planning and project management. Perform quality assurance to ensure applications meet the business requirements. Manage change request and communicate with users for change request sign-off.
At least 3 years of experience in IT environment with focus on business analysis and/or resolving customer's problems. Very good command of English and Japanese spoken and written. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders from different region. This includes running workshops and requirements elicitation Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies and Business Analysis techniques. Familiar with the following BA knowledge areas: Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring, Elicitation and Collaboration, Requirements Lifecycle, Enterprise/Strategy Analysis, Requirements Analysis and Design Definition, and Solution Evaluation. Ability to anticipate potential problems, determine and implement solutions, strong problem solving, teamwork and organizational skills. Ability to interact, communicate effectively and develop relationship with Business, Informatics Partners and IT specialist, demonstrated ability to work independently as well as a member of a team Ability to influence decision making through analysis; can do attitude and analytical mind; Experience in following areas and technologies would be an asset: Agile (SCRUM, Kanban), Jira, UX, Visio or certificates like REQB, IQBBA, Six Sigma (foundation level).
