Job Description: Provide technical expertise to support IT infrastructure especially in IT Platform support (e.g., Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), Window, Linux, etc.) and related services (e.g., Business Continuity) throughout the lifecycle of a deal in accordance with contractual obligations, established technical standards that support complex business needs in accordance with ITSM process (Incident, Problem and Change Management). • Apply technical knowledge to support one or more technology areas in system administration, security, performance and availability management. • Resolve routine in-scope technical incidents independently and work with team members to resolve more complex incidents that complying with SLA's. • Be proactive to anticipate issues or situations which impact service availability and critical response time and take necessary mitigation steps by escalating to management's attention when required. • Participate or contribute to quality and productivity improvement projects, providing analysis of information and documentation. • Proactively assist to Junior engineers in resolving problems and escalated issues. • Good awareness of the customers business and in-depth knowledge of the customer's environment and support processes. • Maintain high level of technical competency in relevant technologies within the team.
Requirements • Bachelor's degree in IT discipline from universities/colleges, or equivalent work experiences. • 2 ~ 3+ years' experience within IT operations of infrastructure services support, operations monitoring and end user support. • Professional certification such as Wintel/UNIX/VMWare/Azure/AWS/Oracle VM/SQL/EMC/NetApp/O365. • Good communication in Japanese at least certified with JLPT Level 2/N2 or BJT J3 (advantage) • Good understanding of ITSM\\ITIL processes, preferably ITIL trained. • Good communication and customer service skills and the ability and desire to work in a collaborative team environment. • Independent and able to work with little or no supervision • Demonstrated ability to adapt to a changing and work under high pressure environment • Able to work on 24x7 shift rotation.
