Your new company

This multinational business that is global is located in Selangor. Due to market growth, a permanent GL Assistant Manager is required to join the Selangor office.

Your new role

Leading a team of approximately 5-8, you will be supporting the GL Tower Lead, overseeing and ensuring that all processing and transactional activities related to record-to-report/ consolidation performed for all Affiliates are performed with completeness, correctness and timeliness.

What you'll need to succeed

Your previous experience in a similar General Ledger Lead job will lead you to success. You will have a strong track record for driving financial success and strong leadership skills that will bring the team together.

  • You must have hands on experience in reporting, consolidation, management reporting processes
  • You must have managed a team of people in the past
  • You must have a good sense of responsibility and rigorous to work under strict SLAs
  • You must have worked in a Shared Service Center
