Software Engineer

Job Description

• Provide inputs and proper document impact analysis from technical perspectives and recommend solutions on problems/issue encounter for Production Support
• Defect and incidents management and ensure all defects are addressed and closed in line with SLA.
• To deliver enhancement and Product launch to the system based on approved change request.
• Support SIT, UAT and user queries related.
• Provide Production Support such as DR, BCP, deployment, Major and Light release during office or odd office hours.

Primary Skillset

• Java, PL SQL, Oracle

Skillset details

• Programming skills in JAVA(JSP, Servlets), AJAX, CSS, XML, HTML, PL/SQL , Struts Web Framework , Oracle Database

Qualification

• Preferable tertiary qualification in insurance with 2 year working experience
