Job Description - Provide inputs and proper document impact analysis from technical perspectives and recommend solutions on problems/issue encounter for Production Support
- Defect and incidents management and ensure all defects are addressed and closed in line with SLA.
- To deliver enhancement and Product launch to the system based on approved change request.
- Support SIT, UAT and user queries related.
- Provide Production Support such as DR, BCP, deployment, Major and Light release during office or odd office hours.
Primary Skillset Skillset details - Programming skills in JAVA(JSP, Servlets), AJAX, CSS, XML, HTML, PL/SQL , Struts Web Framework , Oracle Database
Qualification - Preferable tertiary qualification in insurance with 2 year working experience
